Shipping and Returns

 

How We Ship Your Products:

We ship via Australia Post or Couriers Please; delivery may take two-five business days to arrive. Delivery to remote and rural areas may take a further 1-2 days.

Shipping Charges:

All standard orders shipped within Australia receive free shipping if purchase value is over $50.00. However, very large orders may be charged an additional shipping fee.

 

Delivery Address & Contact Details:

Please make sure that the delivery address and contact details you provide to us are correct. Registered Mail requires a signature on delivery; it is your responsibility to make sure an authorised person is present to receive the goods. After placing an order with us you will receive a confirmation email with the full details of your order. We will notify you by email when your payment is received and again when your order is dispatched.

 

Order Processing Time:

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 24 hours of the time of purchase or the first business day following the purchase if purchased on a holiday or weekend. An Disto Shop consultant will contact you if an item is backordered or otherwise delayed from the manufacturer. Actual Group may choose to alter these shipping restrictions at any time.

 

How To Return Your Order:

Disto Shop wants you to be completely satisfied with the products you purchase from us. If you're not completely satisfied with your order you may return it within 14 days from the invoice date for a refund or replacement (less shipping and 10% Cancellation Fee). You need JavaScript enabled to view it to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization.

Important Notes:

v      Merchandise must be unused, in its original packaging, with no seals broken, including all manuals and other materials provided by the manufacturer. Damaged or partially used products will not receive a credit.

v      Returns maybe subject to a 10% Restocking Fee. The initial and return shipping charges are non refundable.

v      All refunds will be credited to the payment form used for the original purchase.

v     We recommend sending returns by Airmail in sturdy packaging to protect the product from damage and wear in transit.

 

Cancellations:

We begin processing orders immediately after they are placed to provide you with the fastest and best service possible. Orders cancelled after they have already been processed and packed for shipment are subject to a 10% Cancellation Fee. Once an order has been shipped, it becomes a return order and you must obtain an RMA number prior to returning it to us.

 

Refused Orders:

Should you refuse to accept a package upon delivery, upon return of the package to us, credit will be issued for the order less shipping charges and a 10% cancellation fee, if it is returned in saleable condition.

 

Product Damaged in Shipment:

Inform us of the details of the situation so we may provide you with an appropriate set of instructions. Do not discard the product or any shipping container or materials; doing so will likely void any claim you may otherwise be entitled to.

 

Return Of Faulty Items:

Please email: info@distoshop.com.au to discuss the return of faulty items. For faster service, please include the following information in the email: customer name, invoice number, item name and the reason for the return.

Faulty items can be returned within 14 days from the invoice date. It is at our discretion to give a credit, replacement, exchange or repair. Please note that manufacturer’s restrictions may apply to some products. After 14 days the manufacturer’s warranty only applies.

Returns are only accepted with a valid invoice number. All products for return MUST be 100% complete with ALL original packaging: including but not limited to all manuals, warranty cards, accessories and packing materials. Shipping charges on returned items are the customer’s responsibility.

We will only pay for the return shipping on replacement items. For your own protection it is strongly recommended that you fully insure return items in case of loss or damage. We recommend Registered Post as it provides insurance and requires a signature on delivery. Please note if returned goods are tested and found not to be faulty a $20 non-fault fee will apply.

Incorrect Orders:

Items that are incorrect, damaged or missing must be reported to us by fax or email (Contact Us) within 24 hours of receiving the delivery. If you receive an incorrect order please do not open the retail packaging. If an attempt is made to use the incorrect item(s) it will be deemed as acceptance by the Customer of the item(s) as an adequate substitution for the original order and no further credit can be claimed. We own the title of any extra goods shipped with your order that have been incorrectly dispatched.
